                 Electrophoretic coating is to immerse a conductive object in an electrophoretic coating tank diluted with water and used as an anode (or cathode), and a cathode (or anode) corresponding thereto is disposed in the tank. A method of coating a uniform, water-insoluble coating film on a coated object by passing a direct current for a certain period of time between the two electrodes. Powder coating electrostatic spraying technology uses a powder-air mixture. A small fluidized bed is placed in the powder feed hopper to form a powder-air mixture. In some cases, the vibration of the feed hopper helps prevent clogging or agglomeration of the powder before it enters the conveyor line.                 Electrophoresis paints may differ in electrophoresis results due to the type of electrophoretic coating used and the electrophoretic construction process conditions. But generally speaking, it has the following characteristics:

                (1) The quality of the paint film obtained by electrophoretic paint is roughly proportional to the amount of electricity, so the amount of coating film can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of electricity;

                (2) The electrophoretic paint can make a relatively uniform paint film on the inner and outer surfaces of the box body, such as sharp edges or corner portions, spot welds and the like, and the corrosion resistance can be significantly improved;

                (3) The moisture content of the electrophoretic paint film is very low before drying. It is insoluble in water, does not flow, and is not easy to produce paint film defects such as dripping, flow marks and stagnation; it will not produce dipping paint in the drying process. Solvent-washing phenomenon that often occurs during film drying (inside the box or inside the pipe); it can also significantly shorten the pre-drying time for evaporation of water before drying;

                (4) Because the negatively charged polymer particles are deposited under the electric field, the electrophoretic paint film has good water resistance; the adhesion is higher than other construction methods;

                (5) The concentration of the paint used in the electrophoretic paint is low and the viscosity is small, so the paint which is adhered to the object by the impregnation is less, especially after the ultrafiltration technology is applied to the electrophoresis paint, the utilization rate of the paint can be as high as possible. 100%;
