An actual post.

I feel as if I haven't really written anything in awhile.  Maybe I have.  Things have, as always, been crazy on this side.  I really need to manage my time more.  Anyone want to share their time management secrets with me I would be so thankful.  Seriously.  Tell me.  You can leave a comment or email me amiedgould{at}gmail{dot}com.  Onward to the post:

I HATE being cold with such a hatred that it needed capital letters.  Winter is not my friend; maybe thats why I live in the south.  Luckily, the weather has been kind to me these past couple of days.  No rain, low 70s, sun shinning on us aka perfect.  We took great advantage of this weather and got out of that house.

As I tinkered around the yard, Jay practiced riding his bike Santa gave him.

Yes, I know he needs a helmet.  I didn't even think he would ride the bike so I didn't put his helmet on and by the time I said hey let's put your helmet on, he was done.

With the weather so nice I was able to get out and go for a run and I brought little man with me.

I thought about putting my weight loss on here but it's still a tough subject for me.  I have so much to lose and to tone and to get right.  I'll think about it.  Maybe.  Who knows?

I started running recently.  Well, it's more of a walk/jog but i will get to where I want eventually. AND-ALSO-PLUS, I am planning on getting a gym membership soon but the hubs maybe getting another job {post about that soon} and I would have to work around his schedule {fingers crossed}.    I just have to keep my eye on the goal literally.  I found some awesome weight loss blogs recently Mama Laughlin and Megan from Miss Madison's Charmed Life.  They are awesome women {who happen to be friends and live in Dalls - yay Texas women!} who just inspire me.  They have both lost a great deal of weight through hard work and eating right.

Now both my guys are snuggled up on the couch snoring.  It's adorable.  I'm exhausted.  But the house is dirty and I want to get up at 5 to go run.  Maybe i will curl up in a nice bubble bath because, hey, I deserve it!

  1. Definitely keep going with the running - I only took up running a couuple of years ago (having claimed previously I could not and would not run), and found I completely love it.
